Everything is going according to plan and at the end of March 2022 the first lucky ones will be able to live in the penthouse in Żyrardów.
We invite you to a virtual visit to the apartment construction site. Despite the work of the workers, we managed to record a few shots and take photographs documenting the progress of work.
We would like to remind you that the investment of Penthouse de Girarda Sp. z o.o. will be put into use at the end of March 2022 in a higher developer condition. In other words – the apartments will have electrical sockets, a flush-mounted toilet frame, water connections, a hood connection in the kitchen, and a ventilation duct for air conditioning installations. Often, when talking to customers about how to heat the apartments, a question is asked about underfloor heating. As standard, solid, high radiators are mounted on the walls – but for those of you who want to install an underfloor heating system – we would like to inform you that this fact should be notified by the end of January 2022 at the latest. At the beginning of February 2022, Penthouse de Girarda Sp. z o.o. the final layer of the screed is 10 centimeters thick.
